A) Download the xml file.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Download the xml file for the form.\u00a0Download here<\/em><\/p>\n

B) Import the xml file to your site.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Log in to your site and go to the Dashboard.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Go to Forms and select\u00a0Import\/ Export.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Select\u00a0Import Forms.\u00a0<\/b>Click “Choose File” button.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Choose the downloaded xml file from your computer. Then, click\u00a0Import\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

C) Embed your file into the Page.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Go to Dashboard, and select Pages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Click Add New<\/strong>. Key in your page title.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Click\u00a0Add Form<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Step 4: After clicking Add Form<\/strong> button, you need to select which form did you will embed into the page. In this case, choose Submit Your Assignment<\/strong>\u00a0form.<\/p>\n

Step 5: Click Insert Form<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Step 6: Add any related information or instruction at the page content (before the generated embed form code).<\/p>\n

Step 7: Choose the page parent at\u00a0Page Attributes<\/strong>\u00a0section on your right side. (If any).<\/p>\n

Step 8: Click\u00a0Publish\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

D) Put your form at the sidebar.<\/p>\n

To put your form at the sidebar (see image above) you need to:-<\/p>\n

Step 1: Go to Dashboard and select Appearance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Select\u00a0Widgets. <\/strong>Drag the Text widget and drop it at the Primary Sidebar section.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 3: Put your widget title and basic HTML code to enable the sidebar linked to your page (refer image above).<\/p>\n

Step 4: Click\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

E) Set up your form.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Go to Posts and select\u00a0Categories.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2: Key in your category title*, slug (if necessary), choose the parent category \u00a0(if any).\u00a0*Category title would be as same as the form title.\u00a0<\/em>

Step 3: Click Add New Category<\/b>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Go to Dashboard and select\u00a0Forms.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 5: Select “Edit Forms” and choose\u00a0Class of HCI 2012\/2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 6: After clicking the edit form button, find\u00a0Post title.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 7: At\u00a0Post Category\u00a0<\/strong>drop down menu, select category that have you create before. Follow other setting as shown in the image above.

Step 8: Click\u00a0Update Form\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n
