Speaking at the New Year Address in Dewan Sultan Iskandar, Johor Bahru campus, Prof Wahid stressed that generating trust by adopting values like\u00a0Trustworthiness, Innovation, and Wisdom is the way forward for the university.<\/p>\n<p>This is important so that the institute remain\u00a0relevant and competitive in the fast developed world. During the speech he also stressed that in order to uplift the university, all of its subordinates must equip themselves with &#8216;adab&#8217; and &#8216;soul&#8217;.
